Smashbox Photo Finish Pore Minimizing

♥Hello Beauties♥,

Once again I have to apologise for not publishing regularly. I however not going to go into all the details but I just want to say that the last couple of weeks have been hectic, please accept my sincere apology.

Let’s start with one of the product under review. One of my issues with my skin is definitely my large pores. My friend says that I over sensitive but when I look at myself in the mirror they look like some of the potholes in South Africa. So for that reason, I am forever on a quest to find something that will minimise them or completely getting rid of them. However I know eradicating them completely is all but impossible, but a girl can dream. Believe me I will spend money to try and find that one miracle product. So with today’s technology there are all these products that create an optical illusion to blur enlarged pores.

So let’s get onto it….there is a new primer that I have been using for the last 8 weeks and it definitely get’s my seal of approval. The Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer in Pore Minimizing

Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer in Pore Minimizing is a light, peach toned balm like primer. It has a thick texture. The primer can be used all over the face should you wish. The texture is thicker than your typical primer but once worked into the skin it becomes weightless and it leave the skin feeling velvet soft, it is also so comfortable to wear.

My skin feels silky soft to the touch once I have applied it, my pores have a softer appearance as they are somewhat filled and the skin has a gentle matte finish, which allows my foundation to glide on and it leaves it with an airbrush effect.

The first week my skin still felt excessively oily and I needed to use my blotting sheets to get rid of the excess oil. But as my skin settled it became less oily. I just love the result it keeps my make-up looking fresh throughout the day minus the odd little excess oil on my t-zone. But I am extremely pleased with the result.

This is the best pore filling and oil controlling primer I have tried so far, if your pores are a problem area then I fully recommend giving this primer a try.

“Say goodbye to visible pores! Prime to perfection, plus dramatically reduce the appearance of pores instantly and for up to 8 hours. This non-drying formula also absorbs oil all day for flawlessly smooth, shine-free skin. Wear alone, over/under makeup, or dab on for touch-ups. The primer cost  R395 and is available at  Woolworths and Red Square Stores

Till next time beauties! Have a super awesome week
